For a period beginning on the date of original purchase and continuing for one (1) year after the date of original purchase, L&N Specialties, LLC (the "Company") warrants to the original purchaser (the “Purchaser”) that the Company's products (the "Products") will be free from any material defects. This Limited Warranty only applies if the Products (i) have been subject to normal wear and tear, and (ii) have been stored, handled, installed and maintained in accordance with the written instructions delivered with the Products (the "Instructions"). THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE NULL AND VOID IF THE PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO EXCESSIVE WEAR AND TEAR OR NOT STORED, HANDLED, INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS.
Claims under this Limited Warranty must be made by the Purchaser in writing to the Company within thirty (30) days after the discovery of an alleged defect covered under this Limited Warranty. No claims may be made after the one (1) year anniversary of the date of purchase. Any claim submitted under this Limited Warranty must include (i) a copy of the original sales receipt (showing the date of purchase), and (ii) a detailed description of the alleged defect. The Purchaser will, at the Company's request and expense, return the Product to the Company so that the Company can determine whether the alleged defect is covered by this Limited Warranty.

If the Company determines that the alleged defect is covered by this Limited Warranty, the Company will, at its option, refund the original purchase price of the defective Product or provide a replacement Product. The foregoing shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for any defect. THE REMEDY PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER, IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER THE CLAIMS OF THE PURCHASER ARE MADE IN CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY, BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE. THE COMPANY UNDERTAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE BY THE PURCHASER.
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT IN RELATION TO ANY PRODUCTS. TO THE EXTENT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, ANY SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTY SHALL ONLY BE EFFECTIVE FOR THE PERIOD DURING WHICH THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN EFFECT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow (i) limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or (ii) the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
